About Sara
Hi there, my name is Sara. I use the pronouns she and her. I was born and raised in Michigan, moving from Metro Detroit to Greater Lansing and back. At the age of 12, I knew I wanted to be a therapist, and by16, I knew I wanted to be a sex therapist. I specialize in sexual wellness and intimacy while living with trauma, grief, and adjustment. My specialty is guiding women and gender-expansive people in their sexual safety, exploration, and expression, along with deepening their relationship with self and others.

Throughout my academic and early career, I worked with survivors of domestic and sexual violence in a variety of settings, including a large university campus, non-profit clinical spaces, the judicial system, and other community agencies. I have volunteered in areas such as suicide prevention, substance use recovery, and hospice.
